Why Liberation (Not Perfection) is my Goal in Healing Work

The more I walk this path, the clearer it becomes: I’m not here to fix people or shape them into some polished version of who they think they should be. I’m here to help them get free. Free from loops, projections, inherited beliefs, and the weight of energy that was never truly theirs. Free from needing to be anything other than who they already are.
Healing, in my experience, isn’t about becoming perfect. It’s not about being calm all the time or achieving some flawless spiritual state. That version of healing feels more like self-censorship than growth. A lot of people are stuck in a cycle of trying to earn their worth by doing healing the "right" way; always adjusting, never arriving.
When people come to me, they’ve usually reached a point where the superficial tools no longer work. They’ve tried staying positive, clearing their chakras, regulating their nervous systems, and still feel like something is missing. I hold space for what most people avoid. The parts that are hard to name, hard to feel, and even harder to talk about. The parts that don’t fit into spiritual checklists or love-and-light slogans.
Liberation looks and feels different. Sometimes it’s messy. Sometimes it cracks you open. But it always brings you back to yourself. It’s the moment your energy returns after being scattered for years. It’s the deep breath you didn’t realize you were holding. It’s knowing what is true for you, and having the strength to live it.
Perfection will have you believing that once you're healed enough, calm enough, good enough, then you’ll finally be safe - but that safety is always out of reach, because it’s not real. Liberation is what’s real, and it can begin right now. Even with the pain. Even with the confusion.
Even when nothing looks fixed.
In my work, I don’t simply chase peace, or try to bypass with spiritual comfort zones. I look at what’s really going on in the background, and help bring attention to what’s ready to move. I support people in coming back to themselves with more clarity, more presence, and more energy that actually belongs to them. It’s not about being perfect. It’s about being whole.
If you're tired of trying to do everything right and still feel off, you're not broken. You're just done with pretending. You don’t need to be perfect to be free. You just need to be willing to come back to yourself, fully.
